How to Use

Adults only. Use immediately after each preparation.
Topical: Dilute 0.25 mL (5 drops) of bergamot oil liquid with 10 mL of carrier oil (V-6™ or olive oil) and apply to the affected area.
Inhalation: Apply 0.05-0.1 mL (1-2 drops) of undiluted liquid to a tissue and inhale deeply, for a few moments. Use up to 3 times daily.
Aromatic: Add 0.5 mL (10 drops) of liquid to a diffuser and diffuse for up to 1 hour, 2 times daily.

Storage: Store below 25°C.
